Fill in the Blank

To say that Brennan and Braxton talk A LOT is an understatement.  They have their own thoughts now and are learning to communicate them.  They are unpredictable and honest.  My favorite thing is to listen to them talk to each other when they don't know I am listening.  It is not eavesdropping...is it?

There is a flip side to this new and developing skill.  Braxton now asks obvious questions that he knows the answer to....ALL DAY LONG.  Our conversation goes something like this (you fill in the blank)

Braxton:  Mommy, is that a _________?

Mommy:  Does it look like a _________?

Braxton:  Yes.

Mommy:  Well,  there you go.

We have this conversation a dozen times a day.  I am looking forward to a new topic:)
